Ode to Gin and Tonic

I cannot computer
While my arms hurter
My hands are so sore
My fingers are all wore

Both shoulders feel stiff
Brain says what the diff
Back is bent
My mind is rent

I can’t go click
My body will be sick
I’d look for a fix
But my eyes say nix

I’d cut the grass
To ease the pain
Raised my sore head
Just saw rain

Maybe I should fix a drink
That’s what I think
Adopt a nonchalant air
Act like I don’t care

Then I’ll make drink two
That’s what I’ll do
No work will get done
But we’ll have a bit of fun
