The long time relationship between Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal will end in a wedding soon. Fawcett, 62, is battling cancer. She and O’Neal have been in a 27 year relationship since 1982. They have one son, Redmond.
“In a new interview with 20/20 airing Friday, O’Neal says that while she is “Fighting for her life, I’ve asked her to marry me, again, and she’s agreed.”
He went on, “I used to ask her to marry me all the time. But … it just got to be a joke, you know. We just joked about it.”
O’Neal still has his sense of humor. When asked what he will be wearing to the ceremony, he joked that he will be dressed “like a gigolo.” “You know? And a little thin mustache and slicked-back hair. I don’t know. We have fun, we tease about that.” Celebuzz.com
