You will need to have Windows Phone 8.1 and 40 MB on your phone to load the app. New phones come with 8.1. You can get Windows Phone 8.1 by joining the Preview for Developers, which is in its 3rd update and works great. Alternatively, Windows Phone 8.1 is now in the hands of most carriers and will roll out in July 2014 to users.
