Do you have any horror stories about Christmas shopping online or was it all peaches and cream?
Amazon.com, eBay, Newegg, TigerDirect, Indigo, Musicians Friend – those are only a few of the most popular places to buy online.
We all know how to Google and get the best price but what is your experience after that?
Help us by sending a quick comment or email to njnfeedback (at) gmail.com.
Here is what we need to learn for the story:
How many days after your order did they ship the goods?
When was your credit card charged: before shipping or the same day?
If they said the stuff was in stock, did they back order it after you processed the order?
How many days did it take to arrive – count every day?
Did your stuff arrive perfect or less than perfect? What problems did you have?
If the vendor owed you a credit on your credit card, how many days did it take to show?
Answer what you can and leave the rest.
It will be interesting to see how everyone got along this Christmas. Thanks for helping out.

I recieved great service from Musician’s Friend this holiday season. No different from any other time of year. They have always been my go to company for all of my music needs.

I agree. They have great products and prices, often you can get a super deal on an open box item that is in perfect condition. They have better freight to Canada now. Sometimes they are slack with the packaging but so far no damage.
Customer service is prompt and friendly.
Like Amazon.com Musicians Friend has an open community for reviewing and rating them and the gear they carry. Very handy when you are trying to decide on a new item to read what other people are saying.
They are also no afraid to print negative reviews like my quick take on Sonar X1
