Love and Theft song is a regular on the Never Ending Tour
Dylan reverses the order of Lewis Caroll’s nursery rhyme from Alice Through The Looking Glass – Tweedledum and Tweedledee. Well not quite, he reverses the order in the title but sings it Tweedledum and Tweedledee. The song always comes on like a fast blues and is a crowd favorite.
The words are nonsensical. He performs this song as a fast blues quite a bit on the Never Ending Tour, often alternating it with Cats in the Well as the opening song.
