Hawaii waits for tsunami

At 11:20 local time, there is little indication of a Tsunami in Hawaii. Local reporters sight some water receding at the shore.

There is no way to know if there will be damage. People are being urged to be alert and watch and stay on higher ground.

The beaches and water are deserted as Hawaiians wait.

Scientists have just told the media that it may take another 30-60 minutes for the tsunami to arrive.
