Weather got below 30% and project director said it was outside his experience for a launch
At 4:30 AM ET – Space Shuttle Endeavour STS-130 launch has been delayed for 24 hours due to poor weather. The decision was made during the last 9 minute hold. The 40 minute period allows all flight controllers to make a go / no go decision.
The crew was in the shuttle. The close out crew had sealed the door and left the launch area.
The weather had deteriorated all night from 80% to 30% during the final hours.
The flight director said “This weather is outside my experience of a successful launch” as he canceled today’s launch.
The next possible launch window is 24 hours at 4:14 AM ET.

I was trying to find out if I would be able to see the shuttle from Southern Ontario?
