Two days after ordered, my Kindle arrived by Purolator from Phoenix Arizona
Now I have to read a small getting started booklet. Rats.
It’s much smaller than I thought. It is light and sleek looking and the text is easy to read but not without my glasses, but what is these days.
That was too easy. I didn’t have to read anything. Amazon.com pre-set the Kindle with my name, account and credit card.
I downloaded my first book “The Island of Dr. Moreau” by H.G. Wells in less than a minute at a cost of $4.20. Amazing.
How will I get any work done today?
PS the girl didn’t come with it.

The Kindle is a major scam. You can get your books for free by internet downloads. I have over 800 ebooks and I paid nothing for any of them.
You can buy a netbook or tablet PC, as I did for less, especially used, and read all the ebooks, watch videos, play games, and check your email for less yjan a Kindle.
Amazon is a ruthless scam factory. Buying anything from them is voluntary robbery.
