I was at the tire store getting two new front tires – one broke a belt probably on our city pothole collection. A 50-ish woman came into the waiting area where I was seated.
“Would you like today’s Guardian”
“No thanks. I read it on the computer,” she replied. “It’s free.”
I went back to tapping out a tune on my Tim Horton’s cup lid.
