I’m not big on beauty contests under any circumstance. If aboriginals want to be as dumb as our dumbest non-aboriginals – white Europeans – go for it! There is a consensus somewhere that beauty contests are sexist and demeaning. There is no doubt men like to stare at women’s chests so the cleavage and bathing suit thing does get attention but c’mon. Anyway, that’s another topic.
Look at the 4 “native” girls in the contest. The winner is the most “white European” of the 4. That is ironic and stupid all at once. If you’re aboriginal, black, Chinese, disabled, short, old, curly haired – say it loud and say it proud! Love yourself not someone else’s screwy idea of beauty.

Not only is this one of the dumbest things I have ever seen on the internet – it is one of the most offensive.
It borders on hate speech – but certainly covers the gamut for stupidity.
So let’s see here – a blind and deaf female would not be allowed to participate in a beauty contest to select Miss Disabled because she does not look disabled.
My friend who has a lower limb prosthesis would not be allowed to participate either (Mr. Disability) – since any full body photo of him wearing long pants would fail to show his disability.
The young lady who won this event is an aboriginal – who stood loud and proud and declared her beauty to the world.
It is people such as yourself who failto accept their disability and move forward that cause so many problems.
Stand and be proud! Overcome your history and let people know you can be a better person by trying harder.

I Was the Second Runner up. And I agree That she looks white, being the most native looking in the picture, makes me mad. All the others that didn’t win were Beautiful, and dark, and it was plan to see they are native.
