On the TV crime shows, the police detective says, Always follow the money.

The motive for crime is in the money.

So people ask: why would the government take money from people in wheelchairs? Why would they steal from the blind, the deaf, and those with other disabilities?

Follow the money. The government took $1 million out of the Disability Support Program. Now they can pay themselves bigger salaries. It’s in the paper and on TV.

This is like reverse Robin Hood. Steal from the poor in body and give to the rich.
