Who didn’t play with, work on or own a Commodore 64? Almost everyone in the 1980s who was into computing knows the famous and cheap Commodore line of computers.

In case you have the urge to get one again, there is a new Commodore with Intel Core 2 and Quad Duo processors, 4 GB of RAM and a 500 GB hard drive.

Sounds almost modern doesn’t it. No price is available. The Commodore 9100 is expected to ship in June 2010.

Wonder if Radio Shack is thinking about bringing back the TRS-80?
