Isn’t that sweet Jenkins-Smith and Carr-Rollit together again
Promoters of the Alanis Morissette concert and Ghiz social strategy to try their hand at Tourism Charlottetown
What a treat for this afternoon. The Legislature opens, with Ghiz looking to kick sand in Olive Crane’s eyes.
Then the special word that the longest name in organizational history – Tourism Charlottetown & the PEI Convention Partnership – have appointed Myrtle Jenkins-Smith Executive Director.
Mark Carr-Rollit, never too far away from PEI’s first official Liberal Millionaire’s Club member, is going to be her #1.
“(Doug) Newson said that under Jenkins-Smith’s leadership as CEO of the organization, TCI will develop a new strategic plan in the weeks ahead that will strengthens TCI’s mandate to attract visitors and to stimulate economic growth.” Charlottetown Guardian
Didn’t somebody already pay Myrtle’s other partner Little Stevie Dunne to study, strategize, strategic, and strengthen the TC&PEICP before?
Guess Myrtle and her little friends are coming up dry these days with no PNP money floating around. They need some extra cash hence the double appointment.
We’re very optimistic those two will be able to stop the recession, end the threat of terrorism, open the US border and get those tourist dollars floating our way again.
Or at least collect their salaries.
