You have to thank people when they help you now that my Facebook is back.

Dear Mark Zuckerberg (sent by Facebook)

Thanks for the prod to Appeals Support. How many emails can I send without breaking the rules?I know you hate the question but what if you have to take the Interstate to San Francisco and they don’t tell you which lane to stay in, when to pass and what the min and max speeds are? Then State Troopers are pulling people off the road when they decide it’s the right thing.

Your process, respectfully, is contrary to natural justice and any other business rules I have seen. I’ve been in IT since 1971. I ran and owned three IT companies, the last one was publicly held. We would never conceive of being arbitrary in dealing with customers.

Usually companies bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service and not tick off customers. You must know Facebook is getting a bad rap.

I remember when IBM treated customers like mushrooms. I was a customer and a VAR-MAP. We vowed never to do business with them again as a community and when Microsoft came along and then Compaq, people left IBM in droves.

It will happen to you if you don’t become more customer centric. No one can defy the laws of physics.

Facebook has made great strides but you can disappear in Flikr-time if you abuse the people who put you there, especially in Web 2.0 Remember, the customer is king.

Steverino

Turn this up loud!
