Amateur musician gets famous with Web 2.0

Techdirt reported a cool story about Adam Singer, an amateur musician, who uses a Creative Commons license to build a fan base. TechDirt is always pushing new ideas about living well on Web 2.0. Singer had no success pushing his music until he decided to give it a Creative Commons license. People liked it, started freely sharing it. He now has an audience and is getting requests for paid assignments. Singer has several good ideas to applying Creative Commons to what you might be doing.
